At Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe fits your lifestyle perfectly through a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Books account, select your recent order from the history tab, and click the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until you receive your refund confirmation email.
